Getting started with Elevate AI on iPhone

Install the Elevate AI beta with TestFlight, set up your account and start your first conversation.

Last updated 17 October 2026

Elevate AI starts with a conversation. This guide explains how to install the iPhone beta through Apple's TestFlight app and get ready to use it.

About this beta

This guide is for Elevate AI, the new conversation-based app. The conference beta uses our staging (test) service. You can create your account directly in the app. Accounts for this beta are separate from production accounts. No existing Elevate account is needed.

Before you start

Have an iPhone running iOS 26 or later, an internet connection and access to your email ready. You will need your Apple Account to download TestFlight from the App Store. Your Apple Account and your Elevate login are separate. You do not need an existing Elevate account: after installing, choose Sign up in the app to create one.

TestFlight shows whether the current Elevate AI build is compatible with your device. Follow the requirements shown there before installing.

1

Install TestFlight

Open the App Store on your iPhone, search for TestFlight by Apple and install it. Open TestFlight and complete its welcome screens if this is your first time using it.

If you already have TestFlight, you can move to the next step.

2

Join the Elevate AI beta

Scan the conference Install Elevate AI QR code labelled iPhone beta Β· TestFlight with your iPhone's Camera app and tap the banner that appears.

Choose View in TestFlight. Check that the invitation is for Elevate AI, accept it if prompted, then tap Install. When installation finishes, tap Open.

If you installed TestFlight after scanning the code, scan the same code again to return to the Elevate AI invitation.

3

Create your Elevate account in the app

New to Elevate? You can sign up yourself in Elevate AI. You do not need the team to create an account for you.

  1. Open Elevate AI and tap Sign up.
  2. Enter your First name, Last name and Email. Use an email address you can check now.
  3. Create a password with at least eight characters, uppercase and lowercase letters, a number and a symbol. Enter it again in Confirm password.
  4. Enter your date of birth, confirm you are 18 years of age or older, and tap Create account.
  5. Check your email for the six-digit verification code. Return to the app, enter the code and tap Verify email. If it does not arrive, check spam or junk, then use Resend code when available.
  6. Read and accept the user agreement, then complete About you with your profile details.
  7. Choose at least one goal and tap Build my plan to continue.

Already have an account for this beta? Choose Sign in and enter that account's email address and password. Existing accounts may go straight to the conversation.

4

Choose your notification settings

Tap your profile picture or initials at the top right of the chat to open Me, then find Notifications. Tap Enable notifications and allow the iPhone permission prompt if you would like message notifications.

If the app shows Open notification settings instead, use it to review Allow Notifications in iPhone Settings, then return to Elevate AI. Check for Enabled on this iPhone. If setup is incomplete, use Try again.

Individual conversation preferences still apply. Focus modes and your chosen alert settings can affect when notifications appear.

5

Start your first conversation

Try a simple request, such as β€œHelp me plan tomorrow's breakfast.” Read the response at your own pace and scroll when you are ready.

Tap your profile picture or initials at the top right of the chat to open Me and review your profile, goals and preferences. You can explore Help and Learn inside the app.

Keeping the beta up to date

Open TestFlight, select Elevate AI and tap Update when a new version is available. You can also enable Automatic Updates on the app's TestFlight page. Keep TestFlight installed so you can return to your beta builds and release notes.

Install updates over your existing app. You should not need to delete Elevate AI first. TestFlight builds expire: if yours has expired, check for a newer build or contact the team.

If something does not work

The QR code opens a webpage instead of the app

That is expected at first. Install TestFlight, then return to the invitation and choose View in TestFlight. Make sure you scanned the code labelled iPhone beta Β· TestFlight, not the Android install code or the setup-guide code.

TestFlight says the beta is full or unavailable

Send the message to the Elevate team. Availability is controlled through TestFlight, so repeatedly reinstalling the apps will not resolve a full or closed beta.

TestFlight says my device is not compatible

Read the device and iOS requirements shown in TestFlight. Check Settings β†’ General β†’ Software Update to see whether your iPhone can be updated. If it cannot meet the requirements, ask the team about another way to try Elevate.

My usual Elevate password does not work

This beta uses a separate test service, so an account from the production app may not work here. If you have not created an account in this beta, choose Sign up and follow step 3 above. If you already created a beta account, use Forgot password? on the sign-in screen to reset its password. If sign-up says your email is already registered, return to Sign in and use Forgot password? rather than creating another account.

I have the older Elevate Health app

Look for Elevate AI in TestFlight and on your iPhone. The conference QR code is for Elevate AI; an older Elevate Health invitation is for a separate app. You do not need to remove Elevate Health to follow this guide.

Get help or share feedback

In TestFlight, select Elevate AI and tap Send Beta Feedback, or email the Elevate team. Include your iPhone model, iOS version, the app version shown in TestFlight and what you were trying to do. Leave out passwords, verification codes and private conversation or health details from screenshots.
