How Elevate AI covers it

Sleep

Connect Oura or Apple Health and each new night arrives on its own, with your stages, overnight heart rate and glucose on one timeline.

Last updated 30 October 2026

There's no sleep diary to fill in. When your ring or watch syncs a night, Elevate picks it up, puts it at the top of your chat, and explains it in a sentence. Because it also sees your heart rate and glucose, it can show you what was happening at the same moment, not in three different apps.

How did I sleep?

6 h 05 m. Your heart rate was lowest at 47 bpm at 04:09, and glucose stayed between 5.1 and 5.9 all night.

Connect your sleep

  • Oura ring: Me → Oura → Connect Oura. Elevate uses Oura's score, stages and blood oxygen, and Oura's ratings appear as 5, 4, 3 and 2 out of five. Oura takes priority over Apple Health for the same night.
  • Apple Watch or another tracker: Me → Apple Health, switch on Sleep. Heart rate and breathing rate overnight come along with it.
  • No tracker? Tell Elevate: “I slept from 11 till 6:30, pretty restless.” On a night with nothing recorded, tap Log that night.

What a night shows

Open it from the chat, or tap + → Look → Sleep.

  • The score and the basics: time asleep, efficiency, lowest heart rate and blood oxygen.
  • Stages: awake, REM, light and deep, minute by minute.
  • What shaped it: the things Elevate noticed that may have played a part.
  • This week: your average, average bedtime and sleep debt against your goal. Tap Change goal to adjust it.
Sleep canvas: Oura score 4 out of 5, 6 hours 5 minutes asleep, 87% efficiency, lowest heart rate 47 bpm.

Night at a glance

This is where Elevate does what a single-device app can't. Night at a glance lays your sleep stages, heart rate and glucose on one time axis. Turn your phone sideways for a wider view and drag across the chart to read any moment. Tap Ask Elevate to ask about what you see, such as “Why did I wake at 3?”

Night at a glance: heart rate lowest at 47 bpm at 04:09, glucose 5.1 to 5.9, in range for 100% of readings.

Said in plain words

A one-sentence summary you can ask about.

Heart rate overnight: lowest 47 bpm at 04:09, average 53, breathing rate 14 per minute.

Your lowest, your usual and your breathing rate.

Set your goal and reminders

In Me → Preferences → Sleep, set how much sleep you're aiming for and switch on any of the Wind-down, Bedtime and Morning reminders.

On Android

Everything here works on Android, with sleep from Health Connect or Oura. New nights reach Elevate when you open the app, and a fresh Oura night still gets a shortcut in your chat. The Last night's sleep panel at the top of Today is on iPhone first.
