You don't log workouts in Elevate AI; they turn up. Walk, run, lift or ride with whatever you already use, and Elevate brings each session into your chat with the detail that matters: how hard you worked, and what it did to your glucose.
What did my strength session do to my glucose?
It started at 5.9, finished at 6.1 and settled to 5.3 an hour later.
Connect what you train with
- Apple Watch, phone or most fitness apps: Me → Apple Health, switch on Workouts and VO₂ max.
- Strava: Me → Strava → Connect with Strava. Rides and runs arrive with heart rate, power and zones.
- Something else? Tell Elevate (“I walked for 40 minutes at lunch”) or tap Log a workout on the exercise day.
What a workout shows
Open it from the chat, or tap + → Look → Exercise.
- Heart-rate zones: how long you spent in each.
- Glucose around your workout: the start, the end and an hour later, if you wear a sensor.
- VO₂ max: where the session leaves your fitness.
- View on Strava, for sessions that came from there.

Glucose around your workout
Start, end and an hour later, on one chart.

VO₂ max, in context
Your fitness against bands for your age.
Plan your week
Tap + → Do → Exercise plan to see the week: resistance, cardio and today's exercise snacks. Add a session to any day as a Video workout, Cardio or Resistance, or ask Elevate to plan it for you.
Video workouts play full screen. Follow along, tap End when you're done, and Elevate logs the rounds you completed. Browse Every exercise for moves with a video and short exercise snacks you can fit between meetings.
Set your targets
In Me → Preferences → Exercise, choose how many cardio and resistance sessions you aim for each week, your favourite cardio, preferred exercises and reminders.
On Android
Workouts arrive through Health Connect or Strava, and the exercise plan, video workouts and VO₂ max all work on Android. The New workout prompt at the top of Today is on iPhone first; new sessions still appear on your exercise day.
