Elevate User Agreement

Please read this User Agreement carefully before using the Elevate application ("the App"). By accepting this Agreement, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. Advisory Service Only

Elevate provides general wellness information, lifestyle tracking tools, and educational content designed to support healthy living. The App is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing contained in the App should be construed as medical advice or used as a substitute for professional medical judgement.

2. Not a Substitute for Medical Advice

All content provided through the App, including but not limited to recipes, exercise programmes, sleep guidance, wellbeing recommendations, nutritional information, and AI-generated health summaries, is for informational and educational purposes only.

If you have or suspect you have a medical condition, or are taking medication, you should seek the advice of your doctor or other qualified health provider before making any changes to your diet, exercise routine, or health regimen. The App is not a substitute for professional medical advice and should not be relied upon when making decisions about medication or the management of any medical condition.

3. User Responsibility

By using the App, you accept full responsibility for any lifestyle changes you undertake based on information provided in or through the App. You acknowledge and agree that:

• The App does not replace professional medical consultation, diagnosis, or treatment.
• You will not disregard or delay seeking professional medical advice because of information obtained through the App.
• Any decisions you make regarding your health, diet, or exercise are made at your own risk.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, the operators of Elevate, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to health outcomes, injuries, adverse effects, or losses arising from or in connection with your use of the App or reliance upon any content provided therein.

5. Health Data and Privacy

The App may collect and process personal and health-related data to provide its services. All data processing is carried out in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how your data is collected, used, stored, and shared.

6. Practitioner Disclaimer

Where the App enables you to share your health data with third-party practitioners or health professionals, Elevate acts solely as a platform facilitating that data sharing. Elevate is not responsible for any advice, recommendations, diagnoses, or treatment provided by those practitioners. Any professional relationship formed is solely between you and the practitioner.

7. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to use the App. By accepting this Agreement, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. If you are resident in England or Wales, the laws of England and Wales apply and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are resident in Scotland, the laws of Scotland apply and the Scottish courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are resident in Northern Ireland, the laws of Northern Ireland apply and the courts of Northern Ireland have non-exclusive jurisdiction.

9. Updates to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Where we make material changes, you will be notified through the App and will be required to review and accept the updated terms before continuing to use the service. Your continued use of the App following acceptance of updated terms constitutes your agreement to the revised terms.
