The Wellbeing tab is your mental wellness center, offering tools for mood tracking, breathing exercises, gratitude journaling, and guided meditation.

Mood Tracking

Monitor and understand your emotional patterns over time.

View Mood Dashboard

The Mood Tracker shows your recent mood entries and emotional trends, including your average mood score, current streak, and total entries.

Log Your Mood

Tap "Log Mood" to record how you're feeling right now. Use the 1-10 scale to rate your mood and select the time of day.

Pro Tip

Try to log your mood at the same time each day to identify patterns and track how different activities affect your wellbeing.

Start a Breathing Exercise

Tap on Breathing Exercises to choose from various breathing techniques designed for different purposes.

  • Box Breathing (4-4-4-4): A calming pattern for focus and stress relief
  • 4-7-8 Breathing: A natural tranquilizer ideal for sleep
  • Deep Belly (4-0-6): Simple relaxation breathing
  • Resonant (5-5): For heart coherence and balance
  • Diaphragmatic: Deep breathing for overall relaxation

Quick Calm

Even 2-3 minutes of focused breathing can help reduce stress and anxiety. Track your progress with session counts and stress reduction scores.

Log Gratitude

Tap "Log Gratitude" to write about things you're thankful for today. You can add up to 5 items and include an optional reflection.

Daily Practice
